Daniel Mittleman

I first came to Coastal Life Church believing that being a good person was enough. I never had Jesus in my life before. I came because my wife, Angela, wanted to reconnect with her faith, and being a supportive husband, I wanted to encourage her. As I started attending regularly, my life got harder. I questioned why struggles plagued my home. I asked why were we, good people, receiving such challenges. It was only at my lowest, most tired, most desperate, that I realized the only true answer was to surrender myself to Jesus, and throw all my pains, anxieties, and fears at the base of the cross. After accepting Jesus in my life, I know that I do not need to face these struggles alone, that I can always cry out for help, and it will be answered. I know that although life will not always be easy; that through these trials, I can grow stronger in my faith. I know that the risen Savior, is my savior. I now publicly declare Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior, only by Him am I saved and can be a worthy man and husband.
